About Us London Property Corporation Ltd was established in 2003 however, its directors and shareholders have over 20 years previous experience in property related businesses prior to its incorporation. The company has gone from strength to strength, doubling its investment portfolio every year for the past four years - a phenomenal achievement in anyones eyes. London Property Corporation keeps over 90% of its investments long-term and is constantly adding new ventures. |
Our Team
Our team includes the previously discussed Chairman and Managing Director (whose attributes include recognition in Who's Who of Britain's Business Elite 2009), our in-house legal expert (a family member) and an International Property Specialist who was very quick to pick up the UK market. All of the above have been with us from the start.
Add to this our Financial Director and our Professional Consultants and we like to think that we have an enviable team.
With our Bankers, contacts and company assets at our disposal, funding a good deal has never been a problem even in these austere times.
Having wizzed past the £10 Million of investments mark, it is the Company's intention by 2015 to take this to £100 Million worth of assets. For this Ladies and Gentlemen we need deals, so give us a call or drop us a Line with your proposals.
